The COLING Conferences
The COLING conference, organized by the International Committee on Computational Linguistics (ICCL), has a history that dates back to the mid-sixties of the 20th century.
The 1st conference was held in New York, 1965. Since then, the conference was held every two years. The last five conferences were held in Taipei (Coling 2002), Geneva (Coling 2004), Sydney (Coling-ACL 2006), Manchester(Coling 2008) and Beijing (Coling 2010).
